Albuquerque, NM March 16, 2016– A new Roof System built by GarVin Construction, Inc. of Albuquerque, NM has been recognized by Varco Pruden Buildings, one of the nation’s largest building-solutions providers. GarVin Construction has been named to Varco Pruden’s 2016 Hall of Fame for then National Restaurant Supply Company Reroof in Albuquerque, NM. The reroof of the 32,000 sq ft office/warehouse structure was completed in 2014.

The highly competitive Hall of Fame Awards are presented annually to the independent authorized VP builders whose work reflects innovation and excellence though the integration of VP building systems, products, architectural appearance, end use and design. The projects include a range of industrial, commercial, retail and municipal projects.

GarVin Construction worked early in the process with the general contractor, Cambro Construction, and the design team, Claudio Vigil Architects and JAB Engineering. A new standing seam roof was placed over an existing 30+ year roof system for the owner, Sandy Point Partners LP. The work was performed during the heavy monsoon season, while the building was continuously occupied. The new state-of-the-art standing seam roofing system carries a 20 year factory warranty.
